Seasonal Urban Retreats  РDetox according to the 5 Elements

In Japanese yoga, in line with the 5 Element theory, the best time to detox the body and mind is at the end of each season, in preparation for the next – and the changes that will follow in our bodies and in nature.

Join us for a conveniently located urban retreat in Gladesville / Putney for 3 days of morning yoga and daily light wholefood breakfast. You may also choose to participate in a 3 day or 5 day detox (half-fast) during this urban retreat, and participate in the macrobiotic food program, enjoying pre-preared macrobiotic meals to take away for lunch and dinner for during your detox. You may also prefer to simply do the yoga and have morning medicines or breakfast, and not participate in the half-fast.

Finish the detox with an amazinngly restorative guided yoga nidra session (75 minutes).

Why do a Detox?

Detoxification has an important role in improved health and promoting a stronger immune system.
