Bringing Yoga to the Office
Corporate yoga classes can be held at your office or outdoor area during lunchtime, before work or after work. We also hold yoga for corporate events such as sales kick-offs, team building, and company conferences.
Our most popular corporate yoga program is our weekly recurring yoga over 12 weeks. These classes start off with the fundamentals and progress to a beginner-general level.
