We offer a variety of pilates & yoga programs for corporates, groups and individuals across Sydney. Pilates, Japanese yoga and Yin yoga classes available.

  • Yoga classes for corporates can be held at your office early morning, during lunch or after work. We also hold yoga for corporate events.

  • Yoga for Beginners is one of our most popular classes. These classes burn calories, tone the body and improve your metabolism & digestion.

  • Breathing retraining classes involve the identification and correction of dysfunctional breathing habits to restore a physiologically normal pattern.

  • Private yoga sessions are tailored to your specific needs. You can choose a 1 hour session, 45 minutes or half an hour. These sessions are held at Roy

  • General to Advanced Classes are suitable for those above beginner level. Advanced classes are available for yogis with atleast a year of regular yoga

  • Yoga for Mums ‘n Bubs  is a  great way to get exercise, relax and recharge while your little ones join in or play next to you.

  • Delve into 5 Element theory & the body meridians in Japanese yoga. Other workshops focus on problem areas eg neck & shoulders, thighs & belly…

  • Mat Pilates is a safe & popular modality for keeping fit and well. These classes will strengthen and stretch the body putting your body in optimum condition

  • Yoga classes tailored for over 65’s are designed to keep you fit, get you moving with ease and improve your balance & coordination.

  • Detox & Macrobiotic food program focussing on wholefoods & macrobiotic recipes. Learn how to make fermented foods, rich in beneficial bacteria.

  • Included in some of our yoga classes & workshops, mindfulness is a popular & practical way to assist with stress relief & a calm state of mind.
